The standard

## What ISO 21940-21 Checks

A measured figure, not opinion.

Accuracy is validated against ISO 21940-21, the standard that describes how a balancing machine is evaluated.

The two main tests are Umar (minimum achievable residual unbalance) and URR (unbalance reduction ratio).

Both tests use a proving rotor and known test masses.

Every calibration is traceable, with a full certificate and records.

Do you calibrate machines made by other manufacturers? Yes. We calibrate balancing machines of any make.

What standard do you calibrate to? Accuracy is validated against ISO 21940-21.

Do we get a certificate? Yes. Every calibration comes with a full certificate and traceable records.

What happens if the machine fails? We re-calibrate and adjust where needed. If the machine still cannot be certified, we supply a corrective action plan.

Can it be done without an engineer on site? Yes. Calibration can be carried out remotely with live data capture.
