About Armature Balancers
Our armature balancers are designed as horizontal machines, capable of handling everything from small armatures used in automotive applications, such as window motors, to larger generator rotors. They can be configured with a variety of belt-drive options, ranging from simple manual to automatic engaging. They are always supplied with appropriate safety guarding, or integrated into production cell, ensuring full compliance with safety standards.
Balancing corrections are carried out using several established methods. Washers can be pressed onto pre-formed nibs, putty can be applied directly into the windings or precision milling of laminations to achieve balance.
These machines are available with manual or automatic correction systems, and loading options range from simple manual handling to full automation using robots, conveyors, or pick-and-place gantries.
In most cases, special tooling is not required, keeping setup straightforward and cost-effective.
