Planned servicing, any make
Keep machines accurate and in production. We service every balancing and test machine, ours and competitors', with preventative maintenance programs scheduled around your production. Every visit includes a full clean, tiered inspections and a detailed report on wear, alignment and safety compliance.

What's included
Fewer breakdowns, planned.
Why service
Accurate today, in production tomorrow.
A balancing machine is only as good as its last check. Worn workholding, dirty chucks and drifting readings creep in slowly, so parts can pass the machine and still come back from the customer.
Planned servicing finds wear before it becomes a breakdown, and the visit is booked around your production, not in the middle of it.
Calibrate once a year as a sensible default, and again after the machine is moved, rebuilt or crashed, has a sensor changed, or has a repair or upgrade that affects measurement. See calibration.
When to call us
The right fix for the symptom.
| What you see | What we do |
|---|---|
| Readings drift, or the same part gives different results | Inspect, service and re-calibrate against ISO 21940-21 |
| Parts pass the machine but are rejected later | Check workholding, chucks and calibration |
| The machine has been moved, crashed or repaired | Re-calibrate before it goes back into production |
| The machine has stopped | Breakdown repair, with remote support via secure connection |
| Controls or PC are obsolete | Upgrade the measuring system and controls |
| Mechanics are worn, or it needs to run a new part | Rebuild and retool |

We run preventative maintenance programs scheduled around your production.
A service visit starts with a full clean of the machine and workholding, including chuck inspection and cleaning to maintain workholding accuracy. Inspections are tiered: critical components only, or a full machine condition audit. You receive a detailed report on wear, alignment and safety compliance, with repairs made on the spot where possible and a list of any replacement parts required.
