Automatic Balancing Machines for High-Volume Production

Automatic balancing machines are designed for high-volume production or wherever you need to reduce operator involvement, minimize skill dependency, and ensure consistent, high-quality unbalance correction. They can be configured as vertical, horizontal, or component-specific systems, depending on the part geometry and production layout. Machines are typically integrated into production cells with robotic or conveyor handling, full safety guarding, and data connectivity for process monitoring, but can also be stand alone systems with operator load/unload.

 

Drilling is the most common correction method, offering precise and durable results. However, machines can also be equipped for milling, punching, grinding, laser cutting, turning, welding of weights, or automatic riveting — depending on part material, thickness, and customer requirements. Each process is programmable to guarantee accuracy and repeatability across every cycle.

 

Automatic tooling is supplied as standard, providing fast changeover and improved repeatability compared with manual setups. Systems may use automatic chucks, collets, or diaphragm fixtures to secure the component quickly and accurately. Manual tooling can still be used where flexibility or special part geometries require it.
