Tell us about your part and see which machine fits: 23 horizontal, 8 vertical and 6 non-rotating balancers and 3 straightening machines, matched on weight, diameter and length. The finder is free and instant, and shows the closest match first. Our engineering team then confirms the final selection, with bespoke builds available.

How it works
Capacity first.
The finder compares your part with the published specification of every machine in the range. Weight and diameter decide whether a machine can take the part at all. Length does not rule a machine out on its own: a long rotor is usually better served by an extended bed on the machine rated for its weight than by a bigger machine.
Where several machines fit, the closest match is shown first, so you are not pointed at more machine than the job needs.
Results are a first guide. Our engineering team confirms the final selection, and non-standard and bespoke builds are available across every range. If your part sits outside the published figures, tell us about it.
The ranges
From grams to tonnes.
23 models
Belt-driven and end-driven machines for rotors with their own shaft, with capacities from 1.6 kg up to 10,000 kg. Larger machines are built to order.
Horizontal balancers →8 models
Disc-type rotors such as pulleys, fans and brake rotors, up to 300 kg and 1,500 mm diameter, plus six NR non-rotating models for aircraft wheels and static work up to 500 kg.
Vertical balancers →3 models
Automatic straightening for shafts and round bar, from 10 mm to 200 mm diameter and up to 3,000 mm long.
Straightening machines →Every machine

Yes. It is free and instant, and you only give contact details if you choose to send us an enquiry.
Its weight, its largest diameter and its length. For a disc-type part, its thickness.
Not usually. Length alone does not rule a machine out: a long rotor is normally handled with an extended bed on the machine rated for its weight.

Tell us about it. The finder only compares your part with the published specification of every machine in the range, and non-standard and bespoke builds are available across every range. Send your part's weight, diameter and length through the enquiry form, and our engineering team will confirm which machine, or which bespoke build, suits it.
Yes. Alongside 23 horizontal, 8 vertical and 6 non-rotating balancers, it covers 3 straightening machines for automatic straightening of shafts and round bar, from 10 mm to 200 mm diameter and up to 3,000 mm long. Enter your shaft's diameter and length and the finder shows which machines fit, with the closest match first.
